I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  They didn't leave a message so figure it is a spam call

Called & hung up.  Haven't a clue.

called my cell and hung up. no message. most likely a scammer

It's a recorded interactive call, looking for police or fire donations, I've received this call a few times over the last couple years, can't recall if it comes from the same number though.
