Telemarketing call from Kris Kuba, Acct. Mgr., IDT Energy.  Long VM regarding recent change to our electric rates.  Says they were "notified by our electric company that we are no longer on the most economical rate plan" and that we are now on a variable rate plan which means our electricity rate could change from month to month and go very high.  She continued to say that "since we are a valued customer" we need to call them immediately to have our rate changed back to the fixed rate.  IDT Energy may be a legitimate energy supplier, but this is a very high pressure sales tactic targeting uninformed customers and scaring the liver out of them, especially senior citizens.  Thank you for your concern, but we are staying with reliable ComEd.
