Returned home from work to find this number with the caller ID stating BUDGET ENERGY, part of the voicemail made it to voicemail. Something about my rates for electricity and gas have exired and something about locking in a rate.  Press 1 to be connected to a representative, 2 to be put on our do not call list.  Deleted and blocked.  Really not in the mood for this nonsense.
