Caller ID says BUDGET ENERGY.  They left a long-winded repetitive message on the answering machine (old-school landline) touting their lower energy rates and blah blah blah.  Our village has contracted with another service provider to work in concert with our ComEd biller/distributor so, no, we're not interested in getting slammed by some fly-by-night scammer.
