Who called from 7082920441

Keep asking them to remove my cell from their call list. They call all the time sometimes from similar number. They are foreign accents and are rude, but only hang up when you ask to remove. I want to find out who they are and take action.

Call almost daily.  I do not answer.  No message

Same issue, asked for removal dozens of time, they always hang up.

Called, didn't leave vm. I blocked the number.
