Who called from 7083001183

I have been getting repeated calls from many varieties of this number - all come up on caller ID as "Cust Service".  Same thing every time - a silence, then a recording starting with "Hi! Due to the economic stimulus..." at which point I hang up and block them.  Must be the new "we'd like to lower your credit card rate" people.

Have no idea who it is since I didnt answer. They didnt leave a voicemail either. So much for being on the do not call registry....

Robo call about lower car and homeowner insurance. Press 1 to be connected to an agent or 2 to be removed from our calling list. Caller ID says "Cust Service".

Didn't answer and no message

Robocall about a "new economic stimulus program". I didn't wait for the rest of the spiel. I hung up.
