I got a call today from this number at 12:40 CST as well. Did NOT answer it.
Now I always google unknown numbers before answering, because they probably track who answers and who doesn't and then call the ones who answer A LOT more.
I got a call 10 minutes ago, They wanted to talk to be about 'things going on in your neighborhood". When I asked what things, he said casino gambling. I told him I was busy and didn't have time for his questions. He thanked me, and I hung up.
