This shows up as "no caller id". They leave message trying to enroll in health insurance.
They call CONTINUOUSLY.
Very rude.
Told them I was reporting to FCC every single call and message they leave. It is a cell they are calling.
Next time they call, I will be giving them the TEXAS STATE DA contact to call for follow up.
