It was a recorded message.  That was my first clue!  Annoyed!!!

I got the same call today.  I reported to PUC of Texas .

Call from number above  on Monday 3:337p.m. January 4,2010
Picked up phone when it rang.  No one was there.
From foregoing,  it seems they want to leave a message.
Perhaps one day when I am out I will not answer and will receive the
bogus message.
