Received a text message from this number saying "It's True! We are giving away iPad2's to the first 1000 mobile users that go to http://prizesonmobiles.com. enter code 8372 to qualify.  I replied STOP and that they are in violation of TCPA - The Consumers Protection Act and will be reported to the FCC.  My number is on the do not call registry and has been since 2010.  

These text messages come in at all hours.  Got one at 2AM the other night.  All different numbers and all different websites or offers.  There has GOT to be something we can do to stop this harassment.
