Who called from 7083911515

Recieved many calls from this number. They always hang up when tried to answer.

They call but never leave a message.

They call and just sit on the phone and never say anything or hang up.  It is very rude and I am sick of it.

I am sooo tired of getting calls from place like this, including Oregon, Washington states. Are they idiots? They don't even try to sell something. They circumvent sceening by putting something like "Cicero" as thier name.

I don't trust the NO NOT CALL list at all. Have place phone numbers on numerous times.

If this is not invasion of privacy, I don't know what is  !!!!!
