Said they were from Microsoft support and I was sending conflicting IP's. Asked what IP they were receiving from, they did not know. Wanted me to supply my computer info to them. Didn't happen
Same here. When I told them to take my number off, the indian guy said tough, you have to deal with it for another two years because your number is on my list.
I received a call from this number. Someone sounding like a [***] left a voice message saying someone was trying to access my email. They left a toll free number when called asks for a pin#.
I get a phone call on my cell from 708-401-4343 and a guy says he is calling from window security and told me to check the error messages on my event viewer. He told to click R and Windows on my PC. I did that and could see the error warnings he was trying to show. True. He said he will fix it. I hung up call suspecting it. He was trying to sell something to clear the errors. I don't know if that was a good call or bad.
