Phone call came 23 Nov 2015 at 9pm. Male caller indicated he is collecting donations for Illinois Police Association. I declined. Pushed to have me accept his sending an envelope; he would accept as little as $15 donation. I declined
we have had numerous phone calls from this number. When we answer - they hang up. Then when you call that number it rings and then goes busy. You can't even get them to take you off their list..... Very annoying.
