called but no voice on the other end no message left

I tried to return it right after he called and I just get a hang up like I don't exist

It rang on my cell phone.  My phone number is registered on the Do Not Call list.  I did not call back.

Received a call from this # but when I call bk it disconnect the call

car warranty scam. no dealings with a car warranty and i have a cheap emergency cell phone.
