Hi. If you don't mind, could you let me know if you're a PNC account holder. If so, that would make this invasion of privacy even more egregious because that means that someone in PNC is sharing confidential information. In addition, nice nickname: "Milk Dud."
Same thing. I got the first message on voice mail with 'PNC Bank" on the caller ID. When I called back, I got Oberweis' robo-call inviting me "to join the live telephone town hall meeting." I declined and telephoned my PNC branch this morning to file a formal complaint. The customer service rep was "floored" and promised to pass my complaint to higher levels of the bank.
Same as mrman51 except that my call and message from Jim Oberweis came in a minute later. A Google search of this number say it is registered to Palos Psychiatry Disorder and Recovery Institute at an address in Palos Heights IL. How appropriate for "the Milk Dud."
If you don't mind, could you tell me if you're a PNC Bank customer? I'd like to pass that on the next time I talk to the PNC people. If you are, like I am, a customer of the bank, someone who shouldn't is sharing account information. Thanks.
