This is a Craigslist scam.  He posts a Craigslist add for two jet skis and gives the following number: 314-884-1746 (lookup that number for more info).  Then then responds from a different number, in my case it was this number (708-447-2279).  He asked me to email him at: [email protected].  Here's the complete text I got back from him:

"I got your msg about my 2007 Two Seadoo JetSkis RXT and GTX & trailer at $2000.I can send pics and info,email me at : [email protected],no calls or text,i am at work [sic]"
