Yep, went to a home improvement fair...gave them my info for the raffle. And they called, and called and called. Finally answered it when it said BLOCKED...told them if they had left me a message instead of a hang-up, I would then determine if I was interested in their services and call them back. This chick tried every which way to have me sign up for a free estimate, which I politely declined, but she would not asking for a different day! FINALLY she would let me hang up. I told her I would call them if I was interested. Guess what, new call this morning...with a voicemail hang up. Guess I won't be so polite next time.
I think someone is somehow using 708-479-**** numbers to reroute calls. In other words, they want to call a number but, somehow, route through my number to mask their own number. I don't know how it's done but, after this number rings through and goes to voicemail, there is a silence and then a ring as though a number has been dialed. Then voicemail for whoever was being called.

They kept calling even after I have told them in no uncertain terms that we are not interested. Finally today I called them back to get their name and tell them I was reporting them to this site and the BBB. They said they would take our number off of their list.
