Scammer. Foreign accent wanting me to turn on computer because of warning messages being received. Asked to stop calling. Now they are harassing phone calls 304 times per day starting at 6:30 am.
Repeatedly calls house daily and sometimes multiple calls in a day. Yesterday call came @ 8:05 am...WTHeck!!! I answered call today and all I heard was a female 'foreign' voice say: I apologize and hung up. Didn't give me time to tell them to stop calling our house...so tempted to get an air horn, but don't want to blow out MY ear drums...so annoying!!!
Called me at 8 in the morning! Why? When I called back to see who this was I got a message that the number was not working! Really? It was just used TWICE to call me two days in a row. So sick of this crap. I want to know who it was and how they think calling at 8a.m. on Saturday morning is a good idea!!!! I really want to talk to whom ever that was! For someone who never sleeps well to be called by some damn unknown like this is wrong!!!!!
They are routing through other numbers do you cant get the real one. I've gotten several calls from a NYC food bank on caller ID also disconnected number. It's the scammers trying to get you to open computer n put in info they give you then your info for ripoff.
they are scammers who work for their government such as Russia or the Ukraine or some other place. they hack into your computer and mess it up then tell you they are from Microsoft and want to fix it for you. First, do you really think a big company like Microsoft cares about each of our personal computers......heck no! they are only concerned about if their programs and system are working as they should. These scammers will fix your computer alright to the tune of hundreds of dollars and then they have access to your identity and you have an even bigger mess. I've had to take my computer in to be fixed after these blockheads mess it up. I am thinking it is best not to even speak to them and make them mad as who knows what they will do next. All money they get from unsuspecting computer owners goes to their government. Who among us wants to contribute to these morons and their terrorism. They seem to be doing enough with the smaller countries around them and we don't want them in the US. This is all info I received from my IT man who keeps fixing my computer because these a-holes won't leave me alone.
