PNB Financial....debt collector for J.C. Penny Bank.....calls repeatedly for someone who does not even reside in my home...asked several times not to call again but they continue. Will be reporting to the authorities as they were informed we do not know this person and are on the do not call list.
Called my do not call cell #. I do not give my cell phone # out to anyone nor any business as it's for emergency use only. It's illegal in my state to make soliciting phone calls to a cell phone. I have reported illegal action to authorities.
