when answer there is gentleman on phone talking really fast in a language unknown to me, i tell him that i don't understand and he hangs up...or he won't leave a message on the machine, or hangs up when i answer or lets ring 3 times and hangs up...happening for 4 days now...when i called the # back, get recording that it is no longer in service...
