Request for donation to police officer support/advocacy group. Asked for name and address to mail pledge form; no request for credit card # or SSN so appears to be safe. I will update once I confirm if organization is legit or not.
I called the number back. Got a recording saying the number is not in service. Obviously, they don't want to be bothered or talk to anyone unless it's on their terms.
