When the phone rang, I read Energy Service, thought I'd mess with them. Unfortunately, it was a robot.
The robot said, 'As an affiliate of Com Ed, you're eligible for lower rates.'
I disconnected.
These fools call using different numbers.
Reported them to Do Not Call Registry and local Attorney General's Office. This a long running scam from a phony electric/gas/energy company supposedly offering lower energy rates.
All they need from you is to be gullible enough to give them your personal info including banking or credit card details.
