I don't answer the phone unless I know them and then they leave a detailed message to me.  Get lost!  I will never ever answer.  Got it!  Get it!   You are barking up the wrong tree, no money unless you are giving me some!   Otherwise, forget it...

After years of telling these ay-holes "no" they still don't get it.  Scammers don't give up very easily.
