This call was returned after I had to leave a message at a claim center about a Ford Explorer I had one.  When I asked what contest I had entered he said it may have been entered for me by using a debit card or online purchase, any number of ways.  Then he asked how to spell my name, I asked "Is it not on the form?" and he thanked me for my time and hung up.  I can only assume that it is some kind of scam wanting me to pay delivery fees or something for a prize that will never arrive.  Can't imagine a real give away hanging up on a winner.
