Vandell communications, with a recorded message saying you won a car. They call on another number; 708 248 7366 on the caller ID. They ask for your name and phone number and have total disregard for Do Not Call in their message. If you get a call from them, beware and report them.
"Vandell...my name is Christopher...you entered a contest (date garbled) and you've been drawn to win one of our four top prizes. It would be in your best interest to call... This is not telemarketing or a cold call, we know you're on the DNC list so we would not have called if you had not registered. This is a time sensitive matter."
