This number had the Premium Gifting tag show up on the Caller ID.  I googled this bunch before, they claim someone entered some sweepstakes or other contest within the last twelve to eighteen months so it's not a cold call and that person has won a car or some prize.  The trick is to get the person called to show up at some event that is really high pressure sales for condos and time shares.
