I was Called by 3 different people saying i owed money from a cash advance in 2011 for 800 but could settle for 516 (never took out loan) i wasn't even working in 2011 (gotta have some type of employment right lol) Told them im not giving card info. She Would not give me company address so i could verify to see if there legit and when i asked for them to send me a written notice she asked for email address. I said i need it to come via mail and i need it to be valid.

I was called and left a message on my business line stating that they were trying to prevent legal ramifications if I settled before they filed the complaint. I have a small business lending company I know that I did not take out a cash advance and these people have tried this ridiculous scam before and I have never in my life had a cash advance. They are calling a virtual business number saying this legal ramification is tied to my name and social but the number they called is tied to TIN and business name. The lady's name was Brenda Moore and It sounded like PDA or PA Mediation phone number is 708-584-3886 which is tied to Beecher, IL and she left a case number.
