Called and claimed to be from Com Ed. Said due to some new registration, I qualified for lower rates. Asked if I was receiving either of these two government assistance program things (I can't remember which ones). I said no, and they said I qualified and they just needed my Com Ed acct number to verify my identity. Hung up and called Com Ed directly. They said it was not them and they do not call people like that.
