This comes up on my Caller ID as Phillip Piscopo, (no relation to Joe), it's a recording about reduction of credit card bills, warns me this is my second and last notice (umm, yeah right they've called multiple times in the last three months). Internet search says this number belongs to a Dr. down the street from me. I called it back and get fax tones. I called the voice line and spoke to the Dr. about this, he said he would call the phone company about them spoofing his number. I called them also and no one was able to help They said there is no way to stop this from happening......
