Uh-huuuuh... I don't live anywhere near chicago, nor do I associate in any way with anything remotely in Chicago- a friggin' cesspool of corruption.
The Caller ID shows as "Edwin Wilkens" [spelled EXACTLY as you see- any Google will ask for a "Wilkins"] and they offer a 1-800 number [uuuuuh-huh; "gotta make sure I call that Reeeeally soon!]
I was so pissed at the [***] ruse I erased the message before getting the 800 number, so if I hear it again- I'll have to make sure everyone gets it here as soon as possible.
