I am the first person to report this number, but there are previous complaints on this site for the number I was asked to call back, 1-855-226-8311, extension 124.  These scammers have simply changed the number they are calling from.  It's the same scam.  Please search on 855-226-9839.  My full report of the call is dated June 11, 2013.
