I got a call from "Tony" today too. He didn't mention my name specifically and actually, sounded quite threatening. Who wants to call back somebody with that kind of tone for a "Congratulations" call? Not me!
Tony called me today at 5:00PM (February 27, 2010) saying that I had
filled out a form to enter to win a new car. I, supposedly, have won
one of the "4 great prizes".

Thanks for posting. I also just received a message on the answering machine stating the exact same message listed above, except for the callers name was David and he left no extension. The caller ID showed Mitchell C and listed the number 708-833-8737. David left this toll free number to return his call. Who do you report information such as this to?
