no voice message; could not call back number

Called while I was in school and left no voice mail could not call back

called me twice today.  returned the phone call ....message stating that phone call was important and the next available agent would be with me.  lots and lots of music then message said "good bye"

this person ask for a Bob. Got several calls from differant #'s asking for a Bob. Did not identify them selves.

Called and left no message.
Called back.
Agency will be with you shortly.
Hung up the phone.
