Another Unknown phone number called me.  Ranged once, and hung up.

Called # back using *67. "Thanks for calling", then after about two seconds of silence...."the survey is now finished" then immediately disconnected.

Thanks for your note, neeko. This was the second "survey" call I got today. Neither left a message; both are now blocked.
