I believe Alpha Service 708-943-1480 uses other names and numbers, along with their harassing messages, I've had a bunch of similar calls about my car's warranty lately, dozens in the last month.. If GM gave them my number, that wasn't nice, but I think a lot of other people are getting these messages too.. I'm fed up, had enough, been meaning to report them to the BBB to get these calls to stop. They keep saying it's my "final" notice but they just keep calling and calling and calling. Argh!!
The caller ID says "Alpha Services" and the message indicates that they want to sell me an extended warranty for my car (which I no longer own). They have called 20 or more times. Even if I select option '2' to be removed from the calling list, they continue to call. I selected option '1' to be connected to a sales rep. When I told him that I wanted to be removed from the caller list, he said 'we aren't doing that' and immediately hung up.

2-4 calls per day, even on Saturdays. A recording tells me it is my "last chance" to continue my car warranty. This is a business and we dont have company cars. Have no idea how they got my number. I have pressed 2 repeatedly, which is supposed to have removed our number from their list, but they continue to harass us relentlessly. Caller ID says Alpha Service, but I cannot find a business number and when I call the number that shows up on my Caller ID, just get a busy signal.
I have received calls from the same number. I pressed 1 today and asked the caller what company he was with and that I didn't understand why he was calling me. He told me that I "obviously had warranty coverage" with them and that I had "better renew" because this was my "last chance". I told him I wasn't aware of any coverage and just to not call me back. He became somewhat irrate and said "I don't know what your talking about! Not call you back...." and as he was hanging up the phone he called me a "profane" name. I too tried to call back but got a busy signal.
