Got a call today from this number, well it showed up on my cell phone as +07089623002   never seen a number like that. Is that even this country? Was some man with an Indian accent claimng he was from the US Government and my home phone and been randolmly selected in a drawing for three thousand dollars! Yea right! He had my home address...kinda creepy. I work at a credit union...I see people everyday that respond to this scam crap and have to open new accounts etc. Can it be reported to anybody? Technically it's not a telemarketer so not sure what to do.
