no message; i called and operator say, "Please hold for the next available representative" so i just hung up; normally it's a bill collector

Stupid  bill collector's.  They just can't wait untl YOU actually have the money to pay them!

Just got a call from the number before 8pm.  They didn't leave a message.  I called back after 8pm and a lady answered the phone and said "hello".  Bizarre!

Got a call saying it was a personal business matter, and they wanted my date of birth, and other personal information. I asked who they were and was told they could not tell me until I gave them my personal infor.  Needless to say, they then hung up.
