Call received at 5:12 PM Wed 2/22/17.  Caller ID "New Foundlnd".  Less-than-smart scammers misspelled Newfoundland - actual word has no space.  VM recording re: lowering cr cd interest rate.  Obvious phishing scam.  Blocked.
