Like the time I RANDOMLY received 3 US Postal Money Orders in that mail totaling about $1,000... waltzed right to the PO and handed them over! And Y E S , they were fake!

A lot of people in Quebec are getting that call. It's def a telemarketer/phisher trying to get your credit card. Either ignore it, or if it goes on for too long, report the number/area. Chances are that if there are enough complaints to the police/RCMP/whoever the officials are, they will take these morons down.
