Got a message on my cell. A woman supposedly named Elaine Jordan with "County Clerk's Office" was letting us know she had felony warrants for my husband (?). We needed to call David Robinson. Called -- the person answering the phone didn't know Elaine Jordan. A guy --supposedly Robinson got on the phone and talked a lot and fast. Wanted to get this "taken care of today." When I inquired as to agency/jurisdiction that had issued warrants, he just double talked. I called County Clerk...they don't know Elaine Jordan, either. I called sheriff's office. They said scam. We don't even live in Iowa where these calls originate.
