Unknown collection scam calling for a deceased family member gone for more than a decade threatening legal action "call to hear what the complaint is"

these people have lost their minds. calling me and telling me they are sending the police to my home to pick me up.

Tried to the name of their company was ADR, which stands for alternative dispute resolution, which a way to settle lawsuit out the courts, not a name of A business. I am paralegal and started asking them a bunch of legal questions and they hung up on me. Clearly a scam. You do not give them any money. If you are being sued you will receive a formal complaint in the mail from the courts!

Called received 3/11/15. Number shown as "Shenandoah" on my caller ID. Definitely a scam debt collection. Message stated that they had a "complaint" with my husband's name on it and he needed to respond immediately to find out more about this complaint and to avoid court and fines. Of course, as one that works in the legal field, I know this is not how this type of thing works.
