Receieved a call from them. Called back just to see what would happen. Indeed, it was surveys and telemarketing. I was surprised to hear someone who confirmed they were calling about mortages (why? Did you see my credit?). She said she would take me off their list.
I called the number back 712-246-1630 and if you live in Iowa they have been hired to do a survey for the workforce development. They told me that if you don't want to do the survey all you have to do is request them to remove your name from the list when they call you.

Number 712 246-1630 CID Shows "Central Surveys " But CPR Blocker picked it up as just "3616" when manually added to the blocked list indicating it is a VoIP crap call.
Central Surveys appears to be a actual business In IA, but has tons of "it's crap" reports against it in various web sites and it may also be getting its number spoofed by turds on top of being a low live bottom feeder business.
I didn't give them my number so they are scum, to me no matter "who" they are supposedly calling to run a bogus survey for...
Submit a complaint to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and tell them what they are up to. They should be fined and put out of business .
This is a company hired to find out when you are home so they can sell that information to debt collectors and other same type companies. They continuously call so they can determine when you are home so they can pass that information on to debt collectors and other such individuals.
Never Answer, Never Call Back, that is what they want.
