I placed a Craigslist ad and 712-250-0749 from Ohio - I'm in Arizona! - asked for my street address, then never showed at the appointed time.

Moral of the story, don't give out your street address, reply to out-of-state calls or texts, or reply to Craigslist emails saying "I'm interested". You reply, and they have your email address.
