I too receive the same calls from Prism sometimes twice a day. No message ever left and they call almost everyday. The name Prism will come under several numbers, the last 4 different. I've had last 4 numbers 4887 4884 4882 4804 4885 4865 4881 4839 4899 4803 under the Prism name. I work nights and get these calls starting at 8am, which wake me. I have tried also to call back and get number no longer in service. I feel sorry for them when I can finally reach the phone and speak to someone BEFORE they hang up.
I had two calls from "Prism" today. Two different numbers. No message. When I tried to call back, am told that number is out of service. It is a land line in Schaller, Iowa.

Why is Prism Marketing calling me everyday when I am on the "Do Not Call" list?!! Every day they call and hang up. The couple of times when I have answered the phone, no one is there. They must not be a very good marketing company if they can't control their employees. I doubt the people who hire Prism realize that they call people and then hang up when you answer the phone. Sounds more like a business scam to me.
