Recieved a call threatining me with trouble and to get an attorney, called back and asked for the firms name, was told to FO and they hung up. Called Phoenix police and was told they could not help me.
I just received a call from this number as well. Person requesting that I obtain an attorney. Although the person identifies himself as a Mr. Ferdandez he sounds as though he is from India. I researched the number over the internet and did not find a viable business. I'm blocking these calls. I don't owe anyone any money so, I will not allow someone to scam me!
I just got the call and barely could understand either person I spoke to. The first person told me he is transferring me to a paralegal. Then Tyson Walker came on and told me to get an attorney because I am going to jail for bank fraud. I asked him not to call back and he called four more times. My husband took the last call and he told my husband he is going to jail for supporting a criminal, meaning me. lol. I called Morgan and Morgan lawyers who said if they continue to harass me, to call them back and they will review a potential case.

Don't answer this call he is a scam trying to obtain social security numbers, and personal information. I called him back and informed him he was breaking the law. he hung up so i called him back and said, "Further if anyone has a lawsuit against them they will have papers served to them or over the mail never by phone". when I told him this he said "stop calling me f******* a**". So I called one more time and never heard from him again.
i just got off the phone with a Mr. Walker.. i could not understand him, so i dont know if he said Clyde or Tyson... i asked him for the name of the company, where he was located at and the address.. he did not give me the address, he wanted to know why i needed it and went to yelling at me, he said about tomorrow ..then i asked him why he was calling me and he told me to F--- Y-- and hung up.
