This number called the office this morning. An automated message claimed our business address was "flagged". I have no idea what that means. The recording wanted someone to press 1, but I instead hung up as this call had a very suspicious vibe.
We have had the entire 712 (Omaha, NE) area code blocked for over 2 years. Our phones do not ring when these criminals call.
Just yesterday we received calls from...
610 Allentown, PA - called yesterday and today
607 Ithaca, NY
516 Manhasset, NY
412 Pittsburgh, PA
904 Jacksonville, FL
All calls were blocked thanks to our D***tone call blocker that can block entire area codes.
It seems that the criminal callers are spoofing a lot of different area codes.
When you block an area code, obsessively you have blocked 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 phone numbers/
