Call regarding "my current credit card account" telling me there is no problem with my account, but that I should contact them immediatly to receive a lower interest rate. This is not a call from any of the credit card companies I currently deal with. No answer when I tried to call back to get the name of the company.

same as others. calling me constantly. finally answered and person on phone was unspeakably rude when i asked to remove my number from their list. flat out refused to do so and then accused me of being rude. unbelievable!
