I have gotten this call several times and they just hang up. So this time i answered and did't say anything and an indian man named "robin" as he told me started telling me I won a 25$ gas card and 25$ diner card. I was skeptical. He said all he needed was 2.95 for S&H. So he wanted my credit card number I didn't give it to him. He did give me this information though his "name" Robin Anderson, his ID number 0163016, and a callback number 1800-231-2714. The call back number sends you to sometype of automated system for dentists and finding one. In other words this thing has scam written all over it. Hope this helps.

BS Calls
This number is a scam they told me I won a 125.00 gas card and a 50 meal voucher.  The guy hardly spoke english and I couldn't understand him.  I finally got that he was calling from National Congress of Employees Association.  I told him to stop calling me again as I had the other 30 or so people that have called me in the past 2 weeks.  They tried to call me 5 times today and 8 times total yesterday.  I told him today that I am the lawyer for a client in Chicago who gave me his number and that his calls are illegal.  Please send an email to [email protected] as I am going top put together a law suit as they viloate several laws.
