I didn't answer the phone, because I usually do not answer the phone when I see area codes from out of my area. I returned the call with my number blocked and a voicemail came on saying it was a radio and no station was named. It said to dial certain numbers to change radio stations. It was bizzare. I just hanged up. I am on the do not call list registry, what can I do?

I ve been getting the same annoying calls from a bot speaking spanish.. and also on do not call list. I dont understand spanish, and when I call the number its the same voice mail. Annoying!!
