Don't recall what Caller ID said but I do monitor all unknown calls. This "person" called on 7/26/15 and there was an annoying monotone sound coming from the other end. Not a fax tone. Contact me via my Project Freedom USA website. Use the "Contact" form and ask for me or TexasGovernor.
